TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all tours offered by I Bike Tuscany, herein referred to as IBT.
Tour Prices
Tour prices are valid through December 2010. The prices are based on current rates of exchange, tariffs and taxes. IBT reserves the right to increase tour prices to cover increased costs, taxes or fluctuations in foreign exchange markets.
Deposits and Payments
No deposit is required for the 1-day bike tours. Payment is due directly to the guide at the end of the excursion. However, in high season and/or particular dates of the year, or for groups of more than 4 participants, we may require a deposit of 20% payable by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Cancellations between 6 days and 24 hours before tour date, deposit will be forfeited. Canceling less than 24 hours before the tour (for any reason) results in 100% of the tour price being charged.
IBT is not responsible for unpredictable and inclement weather conditions. Therefore on booking a trip with us clients must honor their commitment either by participating in alternative tours such as wine tasting, visiting areas of interest via vehicle, or whenever possible rescheduling the trip depending on our and the clients' availability.
Travel agents, villa rental agents and all travel related businesses are required to pay a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost, payable by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). The deposit is due at the time of booking and is refundable up to 14 days prior to tour date. For cancellations of up to 7 days before tour date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. With less than 7 days notice of cancellation, entire deposit will be forfeited. Further, with less than 48 hours notice of cancellation, the total cost of the tour will be charged.
Itineraries
Itineraries, events and activities may change at any time due to circumstances beyond IBT control. All the possible efforts will be made, however, to maintain the tour as planned. In case of alterations IBT will provide comparable substitutions.

Cycling is an intense physical activity and may be accompanied by health risks. On participating in a tour with IBT you take full responsibility of your well being and any cost that may incur in the event of an accident. You also assume full responsibility of all risks associated with cycling including falls, weather, traffic, road conditions and damage that may be caused by you on your bicycle.
You here certify that you know how to ride a bicycle and you are perfectly capable of maintaining control of it and yourself even on long down hills. You also certify that you are in good health and free from heart diseases or ailment that may be aggravated by cycling and/or hiking.
Therefore, on booking a tour with IBT, you automatically accept and declare of waving and releasing IBT and its guiding personnel of any and all claims, causes of actions and liabilities at present and in the future.
